I've received one of the best services so far from Amit. He really knows about real estate inside out. He spent numerous hours with us and guided us throughout in our home purchasing journey. The best thing about him is his honesty towards us. He always gave us the right advice in every step of purchasing our new home as we had very little knowledge about upgrades, resale value etc. He made our home buying experience so much fun and enjoyable. Best realtor in Edmonton!!! Amit was awesome to deal with from start to finish. Incredibly nice person that is willing to hustle for you. I had little to no knowledge when it came to purchasing my new home. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He actually did most of the work for me. I gave him a basic idea of what I was after in terms of features of the house and budget in mind. He came back with a few listings that hit exactly what I was after. The first house he showed me actually turned out to be the house I purchased recently. When we were looking at homes he was very honest in showing me flaws in the house and the positive aspects of the house as well. He was so efficient with all the details that we were able to fast track the process and got me into my home within a month. I highly recommend Amit and his business associates. Amit is an amazing realtor. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers. Amit made the process of purchasing our first home very easy as he is extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, is completely transparent and was never forceful or rushed us into finding our perfect home. He is meticulous and pays close attention to all the little details that we desired in a house. We actually ended up building a new home instead of buying a pre-existing one. He helped us find the right builder to build the home we wanted, saving us a ton of time looking for one ourselves. He attended most of the meetings with us, providing us with honest opinions and tips, and in the end, helped us save a ton of money during negotiations. After our offer was accepted, Amit continues to follow up with us and also attended our exterior/interior selections meeting as well. We highly recommend Amit as a realtor!
